Intended to make the measurement of staff wellbeing / client experience and values of the organisation as simple and straight forward as possible; "Wellbeing" is designed to enable a move away from hearsay and anecdote towards facts and evidence, upon which meaningful action can be taken. Originally designed to enhance the "Knowing How We're Doing" module within Productive Community Services and Productive Ward, lean methodology programmes, of the National Health Service in England and Wales; this app was deliberately left open and accessible for adoption by others. Staff wellbeing / morale / motivation / inclusion are at the heart of good client services and patient care. Enabling a team to regularly and systematically measure against a set of validated questions allows them to track trends over time and to identify areas for improvement. If a team spots a downward trend or an instance of poor results, they are encouraged to discuss the problem and to design and test solutions. Incorporating 3 areas of measurement: - Wellbeing measure (measurement of staff team wellbeing) - Service score (measurement of client facing services) - Living our values (measurement of organisational values) - Each section comes with its own industry standard questions - Service score specifically designed for client facing use provides a comment section instead of showing a score for client comment tracking and reporting Enhanced HD reporting tools: - Full screen bar charts showing individual and summary results - Full screen pie chart Dashboard of session summary for easy meeting discussion - PDF Dashboard session summary sent via email - PDF individual report sent via email - PDF session summary reports sent via email - Excel export of all session data including comments sent via email Features: - Anonymously survey your team and clients with an easy to use tool - Create sessions on any device, email them to your team leader who can merge them into a single report - Integrated help system - Easy to use slider interface to answer questions - Automatically totals, aggregates and summarises session data - Create and save multiple sessions which can be recalled and continued or exported at a later date - Create and save as many custom questions as you like, with maximum of twelve being asked in one session - I-Device mail integration making full use of I-Device mail features - I-Device dynamic type support so users can set their own text size - Enhanced anonymity of surveyed users - Multipage PDF of Service score comments sent via email - Send sessions via email to other Wellbeing users for them to import, carry out a survey and send it to management for easy viewing and data collection inside their own Wellbeing app - Ability to remove the FatTeddy signature from all emails *requires in app purchase - Ability to use your own custom logo for all the PDF reports *requires in app purchase ----------- Contact us at:
